My name is Mathilde, I am French with a background in hospitality, having started my career in Saint Barthélemy where I gained valuable experience working with an international and high-end clientele. I later continued in this field in both Saint Barth and Saint Martin, which helped shape my strong sense of service and professionalism.

Driven by a deep interest in the yachting industry, I decided to transition into the maritime world. I have since obtained my STCW, Powerboat & RIB Master, and PADI Open Water certifications, and have actively worked onboard through charters and daywork, building hands-on experience both on deck and in guest service.

I am fluent in English and Spanish, have a solid understanding of international standards, which allows me to adapt easily to multicultural crew and clients. Passionate about the ocean, I practice watersports daily—especially surfing and foiling—and feel very comfortable in the marine environment.

I am now seeking to grow further in my yachting career and am fully available and motivated for the upcoming season.
