Introduction
Hi I’m Jack!
I’m a beginner sailer looking for opportunities to gain experience on the water. I have a basic US keelboat certification (albeit from 2018), along with a handful of experiences as a crew member during some races in southern California. In the past year I’ve logged a week cruising in Sardinia and a recent week-long sailing course with the Glénans in Marseillan.
I’m a respectful, proactive crew member who’s always willing to pitch in and put in the work to learn and improve my skills. I’m a halfway decent cook and I speak fluent French in case it comes in handy. I’m interested in shorter crossings and itineraries (i.e. 2 weeks max) to gain more experience. Hope to see you on the water!
