I absolutely LOVE to prepare super Nutritious and Delicious meals, and I like to cook BIG, for multiple people. I have been studying Nutrition, gut health and Alternative Medicine for 20 years. For the past 5 years I have really focused on Mitochondrial Health and Longevity.
