Passionate chef-entrepreneur with a creative flair for pushing
boundaries in my field. I have a dedicated and hard working
approach to my craft and apply myself whole heartedly to all that I
do. Having many talents including music production and have been
a DJ for 32 years with international exposure. I started Radical
Cuisine a food manufacturing company, with my business partner
Aimy Viljoen in November 2018. As a self-trained chef with a natural
ability for flavour combinations and a seasoned palate for wine
pairing gained through being a wine sales representative for short of
three years. Food styles include: Vegan, Vegetarian, Asian, French,
Fusion Bistro and wholesome home cooked meals. Ivé owned
several restaurants I am experienced in Restaurant kitchen set-up,
restaurant management, menu design, conceptualization and
development of new dishes.
