I am a young chef based in Slovenia and Italy.
I have almost a decade of experience in the Restaurant/Bar business.

I have worked in a couple of Michelin stared and other restaurants.

I come from a very mixed background given my father was Italian and my mother is half Jordanian and half Slovenian. I was born and raised in Mexico until the age of 10.
Coming from such a background has influenced my pallet and my eye for detail.

I am very driven and ambitious and more than eager to learn as much as I can and grow professionally. I enjoy team work and working with people.

I am a good, fast, and thorough worker who enjoys her work very much. I am fully skilled in all aspects of this job.
