Introduction
Commercial Yachtmaster (Ocean) and MCA Master 200/OOW 500 available for long or short-term assignments (eg. deliveries, vacation sailing).
I am a RYA Yachtmaster Cruising Instructor for Sail and welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with others, or work as part of the crew and contribute to the overall well-being and success of the team.
I have all the relevant STCW certificates (First Aid, Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting, Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Security Awareness) as Advanced Fire Fighting, Proficiency in Designated Security Duties, Medical First Aid, and Medical Care.
I have Powerboat Level 2, SRC/VHF and GOC (GMDSS General Operator Certificate), Personal Watercraft (PWC/Jet Skis) and hold a current ENG 1 Seafarer Medical Certificate. I have also completed the MCA Approved Engine Courses AEC1 & AEC2.
I have dual nationality (New Zealand and British), B1/B2 Visa for the US, and am happy to travel anywhere in the world for the right opportunity.
