Hello everyone,
it has been two years that I have been sailing, from the Canaries to Cape Verde, then I did the crossing working as a chef on a sailing yatch. Then I kept sailing around the Caribbean on different boats but mainly on a 44ft schooner with which I faced my first hurricane season and I experienced 70knots of wind.
Eventually I sailed to Colombia on another monohull.
Then I came back to the Caribbean, and after Hurricane Beryl I got involved into volunteering in Carriacou, then sailing to Trinidad.
Right now I am working in St. Barth, but I am available in the area to do some extra work as first mate, deckhand, stewardess, chef, cleaning or for delivery on boats in any place in the Atlantic :)
About life on the sea: most of my experience is on monohulls and a tiny bit on multihulls.
I am a fast learner, sportsy, if challenged I have strong determination and good will to do what is necessary for the navigation and to be helpful in any way possible.
I love to cook my specialties are veggie curry and of course pasta because after all I am italian!
I am a curious being that's why along the years I did various things such as: learning to play the ukulele, working in hospitality, teaching languages, playing with kids, experiencing cold immersion (even in the Arctic!), travelling solo, joining bands, doing meditation, learning aerial acrobatic... I would love to share some of my dancing/language skills if anyone is interested.
Lastly a new passion I discovered is to make videos and editing them :)
