Hi skippers, this is a special message from the Netherlands 😉
I will try to tell some things about myself, my wishes and my dreams.
In summier I sail my own SV in the Netherlands (27ft). Don’t like to sail in the Dutch wintertemperatures, that’s why I prefere to join a SV in warmer areas during (Dutch) winter, try to be a great crewmember 😁.
Delivery would be fine too, if it’s not to cold, so a bit south of Europe I guess…….

My sailing experience; recreational, since I was a kid in the Netherlands, a few times I sailed in Australia for a couple of months on the Queensland-coast, where my sister lives on a SV.
In februari 2023, when I was travelling (island hopping) in Cape Verde, I met a skipper who invited me to cross the ocean to Grenada as one of the 3 crewmembers. This trip was on my bucketlist, so I joined them, it was great ✅
In beginning of 2024, I cruised my sisters SV (39,5 ft) from Cairns to the Whitsundays for 2 months.

My next wishes, or maybe dreams to realise, is to explore the MED in 2025, to see if I like it over there, the sailing, culture, people, maybe buy another boat or crew with nice people if there is good options and connections, live my life. Enjoyment is my life purpose.
