Introduction
I'm looking to build sea time sailing. I plan to get my own sailboat in a few years, need 90 days to get my USCG 6 pack license. I sailed from Port Aransas to Clear Lake Texas on 18-19 May 2024. I have an expired 3rd Engineer Unlimited HP Steam or Motor Vessels of Unlimited HP from the USCG. I'm a pretty good woodworker, enjoy Scuba diving including with a rebreather. I'm a non smoker and fit. I swim 1-2 km usually 5-6 days a week.

I have an (expired) unlimited HP US Coast Guard engineers license and plan to buy a sail boat in the next couple of years. I have some sail experience, but would like to gain more for both competence and ideally better insurance rates in the future for my own boat. I'm interested in logging miles to get my Yachtmaster Ocean ticket. Experienced scuba diver open and closed circuit.
