Greetings! I'm Lara, world traveler, adventurer, nomad.

I don’t have too much experience in sailing and boat life but am very eager to learn and contribute to good vibes and a shared experience. I’ve been travelling most of my adult life and in 2021 I spent two weeks on a 48ft ketch in the Whitsundays in Australia. In 2022, I was crewing on a 45ft Beneteau in the Algarve for 10 days. Last summer I’ve spent time on a couple of boats around the Dodecanese Islands. They’ve been interesting experiences, so I thought it would be nice to get back on a boat and continue trying the #boatlife lifestyle. ;) In Albania now, but free from mid-July and interested in Montenegro, Turkiye, Greece, esp the Ionian islands and open to opportunities around Europe and Turkiye throughout 2024.

As I'm travelling on a US passport, I do the Schengen shuffle but I have a bit of flexibility at the moment. I love the Aegean and the Med but I’m keen to explore other regions. I'll also consider travelling elsewhere in Europe or even non-European destinations for the right opportunity.

Originally from the US, I'd been living in Australia over 12 years until 2022 and feel I'm somewhat of a global citizen. I've worked in a lot of varied fields and studied both fine art and business. Loving living an alternative life of travel and adventure filled with meeting new people all the time. I'm very into music and dancing, art and film and all the food. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to drinking and partying. I'm certainly not a hardcore party animal but will be happy to share a couple drinks if that is the vibe.
