Hi, my name is Umberto and I'm a 34 years old easy going and hard-working Italian guy.
I have 5000+ nautical miles of experience on board yachts (among the most important Sydney to Hobart and 2500 nm around south African waters crossing cape aghullas during the winter season ) and I attended some RYA courses in the UK to deepen my knowledge about sailing.
I also worked professionally for 3 months as a mate on Twilight, a 40 mt sailing superyacht.
Last but not least ..I am also not bad at cooking I have been told :)
Until now I traveled/worked/volunteered in various countries in South America, Africa, Australia, Asia, and Europe and I can speak Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
As per my experiences, lived for prolonged times with other people and I can enjoy time by myself as well as spending time with others always respecting their needs.
