With my recently achieved offshore licence I am now ready for new challenges I would be happy to be a skipper, co-skipper or just a crew member on longer passages mostly around Europe.

I sailed for about 5000 NM so far. I also have my SRC radio cert. What I am interested in is doing longer passages (a shorter regatta would be interesting as well). I specifically DO NOT look for "we live on a boat, swim in the morning and do <30NM/day trips and we are looking for a crew which contributes to our lifestyle" kind of experience. I would happily contribute, but it should be mostly about sailing.

I worked in IT and marketing, a bit entrepreneur as well. I have a private pilot license and like recreational flying. I play chess. I try to know something about everything, still curious - it may be art or meteorology, literature or math. When I do something I try to learn it and do it properly. I cannot say that I am good with boat jobs, but I had a tool in my hand before. I speak English well, also a bit of German and French, learning more. Far from being perfect, but still trying.

I have a great family and I have a good job, but most of the time I sit at one place, especially during the last two years of the Covid lockdown. But I feel that I am not old enough to just sit while the world is still moving. I want to go out, visit places, see things, meet people, hear stories and enjoy live. I am from a country with no sea. But when I am at the beach and I let my feet to be wetted by the salt water I just can't go away. The sea sucks me in. I barely started sailing, so the next step is to gain more experience and to learn from others. What is waiting for me beyond the horizon? I don't know. I will find out once I get there.
