I am now retired, early. Having owned and operated 7 medium sized and diverse business over my working career. Travelling extensively in the 1980s whilst in my early twenties for 5 years stood me in good stead. Spent several years living in South Africa. I have continued to travel extensively over the decades to where I have arrived at now. Now looking to share time with like minded travelers ready to have a go. Being on, in, under the sea has been with me all my life so why stop now......... I'm a mad keen photographer with a new Mavic Pro drone to practice with!! (have had a couple of Professional/Paid Photographic jobs for 2 years) would love to learn how to video edit etc , and love riding anything on 2 wheels. Have just gotten into e-bike mountain bike riding. Have Enduro motorcycle and Jetski raced. Used to Fly Private Light planes and Gliders.
I have had a paid crewing position on a Luxury 60' 1500hp Launch based in the Bay of Plenty, NZ over last 7 years with the owner/skipper. The charters were with mainly Corporate or Family experiences. Even had the " NZ Bachelorettes" onboard with TV crews.
2022 spent 6 weeks on board 78' catamaran in Sea of Cortez. Engineering and Crew. Loved those waters.
I have a practical Engineering background (Trade qualified) with Electrical experience, so fixing things is in my DNA. (A trait very handy on a boat!!!)
As I live in NZ I am willing to fly to meet at any overseas boarding positions

Freedom of travelling by sea to see new places, things to see, memories to capture, leave only foot prints. Be kind to our place of existence.
I am looking to purchase a late model 40+' cat possibly in near future but would like to make sure this is what I really want to do. Also get a feel for what I would ultimately need. I would also consider part ownership with the right people. I would also value the experience to brush up on new navigational skills, with all the new Navionics available today, leading to Skippers courses etc.
I am in the age group that has experience of life and still active to enjoy life. Likes to have fun with all age groups. Im not a 100% Greenie but I do want to help the environment as best we can for the future. Help educate those that have not really thought too much of the harmful wastes we produce.
