From the recent year's ‘logbook’ of mine:
- participation as trimmer and helmsman on a First 40.7 in the 2017 RORC 600 Caribbean, 3rd place in IRC 3 among 20 racers;
- 2nd place in the Gill Commodore’s Cup for multihulls on Catana 54;
- having had ‘Serious fun’ in the 37th St. Maarten Heineken Regatta;
- cruising around Ireland from Westport clockwise up to Belfast;
- in the RMSR 2017 6th in the GREEN division on a Bavaria 40 S. From over 100 entries overall more than 60 boats retired due to gusts over 45 knots and 5 meter waves.
Feb 2018 from 11th untill 27th I've been crewing on the classic wooden sailing yacht "Pantagruel" from St Martin to Santiago de Cuba.
In Mar I was part of a crew who delivered a brand new catamaran Nautitech 46 Fly from La Rochelle to Athens.
May - back to Biskaya...this time slow sailing the Norther coast of Spain on a Elan Impression 444.
June/July from Sant Carles de la Rapita via the Baleares, Sardenia, Calabria, the Ionion islands to Kerkyra/Corfu on a Spout 39 Cat.
July - a week long race training on a vintage Imoca 60 Austria One around the Adriatic.
August/September - 5 weeks cruising from Seattle to the Brouthons, Dessolation Sound and more in Canada and back to Seattle.
September - Bosphorus Cup regatta as headsail trimmer on a First 40.7.
October - delivery of the First from Istanbul to Malta via Lemnos, Aigina, The Corinth canal, Trizonia, Kefalonia, Syracusa.
October - 50th Edition of the Rolex Middel Race on the First 40.7 as watch leader.
2019 'survived' the Coho Ho Ho sailing rally from Seattle to San Diego and the Baja Ha-Ha XXVI cruisers rally from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas and 'around' to La Paz BCS.

2020 - cruising on a 38 Hallberg-Rassy along the coast of Baja California Sur, Mexico, from La Paz to Santa Rosalia and back... The pandemic crossed the planned "Puddle jump" from Puerto Vallarta on March 21...
Summer leisurly cruising on a Dufour 44 Cat in the West Med; waiting to see if an Atlantic crossing is reasonable until the captain decided at the end of September it is not...
Just back from Antofagasta, Chili, after second negative, but rightfull decision by the captain NOT to make the "puddle jump" to the Marquesas because of Covid-19 related concerns... hopefully the third attempt will be successful under the right conditions:)

Early Spring 2022 delivery like passage as a competent crew on a splendid St Francis Mk II 50 ft catamaran from Cagliari, Sardinia via Bizerte, Tunisia, Malta, across the Greek Aegean Sea to Didim, Turkey. Wonderful 2 in 1 time (cruising and culture) thanks to Captain Haze, skipper/owner of the cat.
Early summer 2022 cruising on a First 51 (American edition) from Talamone, Province of Grosseto, Italy, via SE coast of Corso, NE coast of Sardinia to Marsala, Sicily, Pantelleria to Goso, Malta.
September 2022: Watch leading on a Southerly 135 from Hafnarfjordur, Iceland across the Norwegian Sea via Tornshavn, Faroe Islands and Stavanger, Norway through the Kattegat to Copenhagen, Danmark - fantastic night watches!
December 2022 Crewing for captain Jiles on his Lagoon 40 ft cat along the South African coast from Richards Bay to Hout Bay inclusive the tricky Knysna land fall garded by "The Heads".
2023 from January to Mai from Shelter Bay Marina near Colon, through the Panama Canal, via Galapagos, l'archipel des Marquises and Tuamotu to Papeete.
May/June on the same Southerly 135 like 2022 this time cruising along the Atlantic coast from Brest to Porto.
Beginning of August Across the Channel from Plymouth to Roscoff on a Amel Maramu 46 with the intention to sail her to Porto, but terminated due to broken transmission and delayed repair... :(
Mid August to beginning of September on a beautiful Bordeaux 60 by CNB cruising from Porto Turistico di Roma along the 'boot' to Santa Maria di Leuca to Sarande, Albania to Corfu/Kerkira... 'Champagne sailing' as first mate to a remarkable Australian skipper.
'Champagne cruisng' continues in 2024. This season in the Aegean sea.
August to November 2024 watch leader on a '3- storey floating home' - 67 ft cat Alegria by FP slow cruising from Bora Bora to Tonga via Cook Islands and Niue.
November kind of delivery of another Bordeaux 60 from Las Palmas, GC, to Mindelo, Sao Vicente, Cabo Verde.
