Currently holding a IYT Master of Yacht 200 GRT Ocean license with STCW 2010 commercial and both AEC 1&2 (engineering) endorsements. My career spans 30 years. I am an avid sailor and any fully qualified for both Sail or Power positions. I have sailed more than 40 countries and am comfortable with a geographical area or a Global circumnavigation. As well as Skipper qualifications I have extensive knowledge of all yacht systems and am fulfilling the duties of engineer.

A life not shared is a life not lived! A happy crew or collectively the vessel is also a huge consideration. It is my belief that just behind safety comes the social aspects of boating. This includes the concepts of fun, adventure and relating to the people you're with. Some refer to it as chemistry or compatibility. I believe it is a matter of mutual respect and what you're willing to give of yourself in the interest of harmony. I will go the extra distance to be agreeable! If everyone is having fun then the other aspects of sharing time and distance are easy for all.
