I studied for 5 years at the Professional Institute of Food and Wine Services and Hotel Hospitality School, where I high school diploma, I have taken several courses about Mediterranean cuisine, allergens, benefits of healthy eating, vegetarian, raw, vegan, detox diet I worked for ten years in Italy, I trained in 3/4 star hotels and renowned restaurants and private home dinners, then I decided to start traveling and working abroad to broaden my knowledge, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, Norway.
I am skilled in work organization, full management of the kitchen, supplies and storage, food cost, food purchasing, zero waste.

I love traveling, preferably by land and sea, I have traveled a lot in Asia from the southeast to the center, I traveled for 6 and half months on the Silk Road by land starting from Nepal to Italy with a backpack on my shoulders (less than 10 kg), a tent by hitchhiking almost the entire route, Lover of the sea and new adventures, Sailing has always been a dream I do not have sea sickness, I’m doing very well sailing.
