We are a coastal, cruising family, consisting of Capt. Bill, Wife & 1st Mate Anne, and small pup Lila. We’ve had our boat for three years now, and have sailed from the Bahamas to Newport, down to Key West, and other coastal destinations. We are new to boat ownership, but not new to sailing! Bill grew up sailing and spent over 20 years sailing with Anne’s dad, an avid offshore sailor, who did 8 Atlantic crossings (Bill was on 2) and extensive sailing in Europe. Not surprisingly, Anne was introduced to sailing at a young age, and is very good sailor. Bill is retired, but Anne still works and occasionally needs to travel, which is the situation now. Bill does not feel comfortable single-handing the boat and is looking for one or two additional crew to move the boat to Charleston, and possibly further north. We like to look for good weather, and sail in pleasant conditions. We also like to have fun, eat well, and to make safe passages.

We’re just looking for someone that has some offshore sailing experience, knows their way around a sailboat, and is a person that’s easy/fun to be around.
