We are a new company in Saudi Arabia with several small vessels, mostly pontoon boats, providing high-end marine experiences. Our offerings include island swimming and snorkeling, towable water toys, floating water toys, recreational and sports fishing etc. We mainly cater for female and family guests to enjoy safe and pleasurable times on our well equipped boats. We take our guests on day trips to nearby locations and offer services like BBQ lunches, on board professional massages, our branded merchandise shopping, and much more.
We are seeking 2 to 3 captains and crew members, preferably females with necessary qualifications to operate boats up to 35 ft with outboard engines, and others with inboard engines. Qualified candidates will need to spend time in Saudi Arabia to learn the culture and become part of our corporate family, where we take very good care of each other and our guests.
Candidates need to be able to obtain a work visa to Saudi Arabia, obtain or utilize a car driver's license, and support the business in general, as we are in a start up phase.

We operate mostly double-deck pontoon boats within reef-protected waters. We also have plans to expand to include off-shore sports and recreational fishing experiences. We might also add diving experiences with the right set of crew members and qualifications. In addition, we have a jet boat and jet ski for towing water toys, knee boards, and the like.

Our boats are very clean and we intend to keep as such. The current crew assists with cleaning, light maintenance, dock support and sales. This includes tidying up before, during, and after the trips and ensuring that the vessels are ready for the next day operation.

Our location is about an hour away for the major city. We car pool or stay within rental spaces near the marina. Flexibility on such matters is very important.

The most important thing is that we work very closely with each other and have a blast of fun every day!

Our current captains and crew act a single family. We care about each other, our guest, and our assets. We all do a bit of everything, in addition to our main duties. It is very important that we know about boat maintenance, corrosion prevention and treatment, and general safety equipment. We take a lot of toys, inflatable and non-inflatable, to the operations locations and it is necessary to have the strength and stamina to carry out these duties. Being able to operate a jet boat and a jet ski is an added plus.
We go to snorkeling spots a lot. Qualifications and knowledge about such operations is much appreciated, including operation of underwater scooters, breathing apparatus, and underwater photography, etc.

Just after safety, protecting the environment comes at a very high priority for us. We strive to avoid any activities that will compromise the integrity of the waters where we operate. This includes anchoring practices, use of plastics and other harmful materials, and sunscreen and suntan lotions and oils that are harmful to the reefs and marine life.

It is very important for all of our crew members to make our guests very happy and well served, while ensuring discretion and confidentiality. Smoking, taking pictures, and other invasive behaviors are strictly monitored and accounted for.

We provide BBQ, drinks, and other F&B items on board. Cleanliness is key to a healthy and safe operation. Personal hygiene, adherence to uniform, and other such normal practices are major requirements.

Overall, we provide complete marine experiences at premium prices and boats, crew appearance and behavior need to be commensurate with our offering.
