Old grumpy and fit retired yacht captain (200 ton license) needs help on my personal 50ft trawler. Finally I can go where I want to go. I'm open. Bahamas, Chesapeake, New England, Great Lakes. I just want to get out of the summer heat in Florida. Plan to return in the fall. I can and have handled the boat alone but I would rather have help. One or two crew would be great. You will have a big say in the destinations. I'm quite open. Looking for intelligent conversation, humor, fitness, and sense of adventure. Romance is not my priority. A great friendship is much more important.

The yacht was built as a long-liner fishing trawler, so she is extremely tough and very safe. Her original owner bought the hull from the builder and made a beautiful expedition type cruiser. She's a very unique boat and one of the most beautiful trawlers you will ever see. I acquired her in 2018 and have been restoring her ever since. She and I are finally ready to leave the dock and head wherever we want to go.
