We need a live aboard nanny for our cruise to Nantucket this summer. We will be on a ball at Nantucket July and August. There will be daily travel to the island as well.

We will pay salary and provide private stateroom + meals and incidentals. Will also provide training on motor yacht operations.

We are looking for a live board nanny for the summer 2025. She would be the primary caregiver for our 1.5 year-old son.

We are an American family. We are professionals and will be working from the boat this summer. We go to Nantucket each year.

We will provide a salary, a private cabin on the boat, food and expenses. We are sailing from Annapolis in late April stopping in New York City, Connecticut for May and June and then Nantucket for July and August. The mandatory time is for the month of July and August, and preferably 22 June to 22 August, but longer stays are possible and we have some flexibility on the mandatory days.

For the right candidate, we would consider extending this position as a live in nanny, au pair at our home in Florida during the winter (no boat).

No boating experiences required, and we will train the nanny on basic deck skills and are happy to sign off qualifications for merchant mariner credentialing.
