Dear Potential Crew Members,

I’m excited to share that after retiring early in March 2024, I purchased a Leopard 45 catamaran and have been sailing extensively ever since. This past summer, I enjoyed wonderful adventures in New England with friends, family, and crew.

While my enthusiasm for sailing is boundless, my wife’s aversion to motion sickness keeps her anchored to marinas and mooring buoys. As such, I’m looking for crew members with some sailing experience to join me on my next adventure. My daughter and her partner will occasionally join us, but I’m eager to assemble a crew that not only brings expertise but also adds joy and camaraderie to our journeys.

Starting in January 2025, I plan to sail to the USVI/BVI and cruise along the windward islands at a leisurely pace. This journey is anticipated to take about 3-4 months, and I welcome crew members for the entire trip or just part of it. On the return, we’ll also spend several weeks exploring the beautiful Bahamian islands.

I’m ideally seeking a couple and an individual (male or female) with some sailing experience who are ready to contribute to a fun and enjoyable atmosphere aboard. Expect to share food and any mooring costs, while I will cover all boat expenses, including fuel.
