I have spent many years sailing in New England mostly on Long Island Sound. I have liquidated my land based possessions and living aboard full time. I am a disenchanted hopeless romantic, and believe that I will find my soul mate by following my sense of adventure wherever it takes me. My goal is to connect with nature, and the people I meet along the way. I would love to find a life partner to share the rhythm of life on the sea. I have a PADI Open Water certification and a speargun, and intend to live off the ocean as much as possible. I am a retired Aerospace engineer and jack-of-all-trades, so will be doing most of the boat maintenance. I have crossed the Atlantic West to East and am resting/reprovisionong in Trogir, Croatia. I hear the Mediterranean calling me loudly! I was in the Caribbean for about a year, and I am ready for a Mediterranean adventure. I have no particular agenda. Points of interest are Italy anywhere, Greece, Spain, and Turkey, though I've heard they've made it more difficult and more expensive to visit Turkey.
