Dear Shipmates

Introduction

G'day Potential First Mate
I am a US NAVY Veteran, Former Lieutenant with Fire & Rescue, Former Texas Peace Officer, SCUBA Instructor and Pilot. By Nature, I'm a Teddy Bear, I do not remain angry. I get over it in a few minutes as I see it as wasted energy. I would expect the same from any crew member. I am a totally Alpha male. This means I am large and in charge yet compassionate and remain open to logical and ethical discussion. If you are a Whiny spoiled brat and not willing to listen or have a mature discussion, you will be summarily removed from the boat. I have been divorced for over 20 years. I have been Married, a few times and I have raised daughters. I will never say "I understand Women" but, I will say I understand their day to day needs, barring the emotional variables. As of September 2021 the boat has been undergoing a complete refit since March of 2020 when I purchased her from the Widow of the Original Owner. I'm seeking a female to be a crew member that is willing to assist and learn. I have a pension and will cover all necessary expenses. Willingness to assist with food expense would be accepted but not required. Any potential crew member will be required to have a one on one conversations to discuss expectations, desires, hopes and dreams. I seek only attractive, fit, healthy, articulate and happy females who respect and expect traditional Male and Female roles. I am a Strong Originalist regarding the Constitution and have no patience for Left Wing, Progressive, Socialist Ideologies. I tend to stay fit and healthy and work at it most days. I'm not looking for a Barbie doll, I'm seeking the girl next door, you know, the one that everyone wants to be around.

Presently, September 2021, she is on the hard in a Marina in Pasadena, Maryland. I have developed a excellent relationship with the owners and have live aboard rights while she is being refit. The boat is a solid glass sloop rig. She was very well taken care of by the original owner. She sat moored in the Chesapeake for nearly 4 years and was in need of a substantial " Bottom Job". This work is 95% complete, She has a new Yanmar 3YM30 diesel and new transmission as well as new sea muffler and related Fuel systems. She has all new sails and can handle most all sea states. Yet to be installed are the new standing and running rigging, Water Maker, Flushing Electric Toilet with macerator and affluent Sterilization system. Auto Pilot, Hot water and Freshwater Systems, Air Conditioning system, New Fresh Water Storage, New Freezer and Refrigerator, New Induction Stove, New Solar Panels, New Inverter and the New LIFOPO4 Batteries. I plan to have most essential systems completed and ready for Sea Trials by Spring 2022. Unless otherwise stated or I find an approved Crew member, I will be staying in Texas for the Winter and not working on the Boat. The boat is a USCG Registered Vessel.
