We are based in the US east coast mostly from Maine summers to Caribbean winters. Being self-sufficient is a big part of the program as we spend a lot of time on moorings and at anchor sometimes in areas where there are not a lot of marine services. I have been captain for the last 10 years and know the boat very well... I have been running with 2 or 3 crew when we are not busy and always have additional crew for deliveries and cruises to keep things safe and comfortable.

I am looking for a physically fit crew that can take responsibility for the deck and interior and learn basic operation of the systems on board. Ability to stand watch on passages and operate the tender and make good decisions is important. We do a lot of flex time and try to make it possible for the crew to have a personal life as balance is important for longevity..We do a lot of our own maintenance and hands on is important. I expect the crew to have a love of sailing, boating, the ocean and a curiosity about the world ..
