I have operated yachts since I was 16 years old. In the last 20 years I have operated yachts in the 30 to 40 meter range. My wife and I have been married for 30 years. We have extensive and detailed knowledge of the Caribbean, the Med, Croatia, the Bahamas, the east coast of the US, the coast of Venezuela, it's offshore islands and Aruba,Bonaire and Curacao.
During 2005–2007 we supervised the build of a new 37 mt. motoryacht in Italy. We did the maiden voyage with it, cruising the coast of Italy, the south coast of France, the east coast of Spain and the Balearic islands. The yard, the owner and we consider the project to have been very successful. During 2008 I supervised a new construction of a 35 mt. yacht in Brazil. From 2009 to 2011 we operated a new 32 mt. motor yacht in which we cruised the USA East Coast, The Bahamas, the Caribbean and the Western Mediteranean In 2012 we purchased a 15 mt. sailing catamaran and operated it very successfully as a crewed charter yacht in the British Virgin Islands and other Caribbean destinations. During 2017 and 2018 we have done several charters in Croatia on board sailing catamarans in the 40 to 50 ft. range and in the summer of 2018 I was hired to assist and train the crew of a newly acquired San Lorenzo 31 mt. motor yacht in the operation of all the yacht systems. The yacht was cruising the south of France and Italy. We are now in the BVI operating our Lagoon 440 charter sailing catamaran. We are seeking for a new yacht, sail or power, charter or private, in the 20 to 35 mt. range to operate it as a Captain & Chef Team. We would also consider committing to another new build or mayor refit project anywhere in the world and we are ready to move and establish ourselves wherever it may be necessary immediately.
