Aloha and ahoy, New Friends! ⚓🌺
I’m currently off on a grand adventure—sailing, exploring, learning, and saying “yes” to new experiences. I’ve signed on for a journey that started in January of 2025 that will keep me at sea (and in tropical sunshine) for about a year. While I’m not jumping to commit to anything beyond that just yet, I’m always happy to connect with like-minded souls and see where the wind—and the conversation—might lead. And if the right captain and adventure comes up… ✿◠‿◠
I recently completed (one part of a bigger journey) an unforgettable trip across the Pacific Ocean, sailing from San Blas (Panama) to the Galápagos and onward to French Polynesia. It was the kind of journey that reshapes you—and while I loved it, and the places we went were incredible, I’ve discovered I prefer shorter hops between beautiful islands rather than long 18 day open-ocean passages.
I’m based in Hawai‘i and currently “playing retired,” which means my schedule is blissfully flexible and I’m up for meaningful, off-the-beaten-path adventures. I’m healthy, optimistic (some say bubbly), capable, and always ready to lend a hand—whether it’s with anchoring, snacks, or keeping the vibe positive. I mostly eat vegetarian (but don’t worry, I won’t judge your bacon… ), and I enjoy a light social drink now and then.
Some of my favorite things? Snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, acro yoga, spotting wildlife (did I mention I swam with a wild orca recently? Yep—true story, and I have the 100% real video to prove it!), and connecting with interesting people from all walks of life. The Kuna Yala people are incredible!
I avoid drama like it’s a leaky dinghy. I’m not looking for a hookup and definitely won’t get in the middle of a couple. That said, if there’s mutual chemistry with a single, kind-hearted adventurer, I’m open to seeing where it goes—ideally somewhere warm, salty, and filled with laughter.
Thanks for reading—fair winds and amazing adventures to you!
