Ciao a tutti ! Sono un'insegnante di yoga e tecniche olistiche, ma anche designer e creativa in senso lato.
Adoro il mare e questo vedo e voglio nel mio futuro. Vorrei fare questa esperienza per riprendere dopo tanti anni a navigare in attesa di avere una barca tutta mia.
Mi piace la musica, suonicchio la chitarra e canto, mi piace il ballo e l'allegria ma anche il silenzio e la contemplazione e sono generalmente di ottimo umore. Nonostante la mia " quasi veneranda" età sono giovane e piena di energia e vitalità .
Amo leggere, oziare e rilassarmi quando è il momento giusto, ma sopratutto essere attiva quando si tratta di lavorare e agire.
Mi piace la buona e simpatica compagnia, il buon cibo e la vita sana, il profumo e il " suono" del mare.

I like music, dance, play Guitar and sing, paint ... joyfull Life, but also silence, meditation and yoga ...I'm generally in a good mood. Despite my "almost venerable" age, I am young and full of energy and vitality.
