Two years ago I stumbled into the magical existence of life on the water! I have joined five separate boats and crew during this time, usually spending between 4-6 weeks aboard for each trip. My last journey was as part of a crew of 4 crossing from Australia to New Caledonia, followed by a month cruising around the Pacific island. Previous to that I had crewed on a couple of yachts sailing the East coast of Australia and one in Asia, and most recently sailing in the Mediterranean. The first was heading south from Airley to Sydney on a 30ft steel hull as a total beginner and part of a crew of 3; then sailing north from Brisbane to Cairns with a crew of 6 on a meandering Robert Spray visiting islands and diving spectacular reefs along the way! My next sailing adventure was aboard a catamaran with 5 on-board leaving from Indonesia to explore the exotic Anambas Islands in the South China Sea. Then back to Australia to join the 8 day blue-water crossing to New Cal. Coming back to Europe summer 2017 I joined a crew of 4 in the Mediterranean travelling shorter distances rich in culture and variation from France to Spain and on to the Balearics Islands. I'm an enthusiastic and positive crew member, easy to be with and enjoying life on the sea! I'm now back in Brazil, my second home, and hoping for watery adventures on this side of the world!
