I am seeking a position as a cook on a 42-100' sail or power boat that is cruising on the Eastern US seaboard, Great Lakes or the Bahamas. I am a seasoned cook and can prepare any type of menus. I have done private cooking for clients in Coconut Grove for almost 5 years and have cooked aboard 42-100' sailboats. As a live aboard chef, I would prepare weekly menus for approval, handle shopping and stocking the galley and preparing up to 3 meals a day. As a health coach, I understand and can work with various diets.

I live in Coconut Grove just a few blocks from Biscayne Bay and have been involved in sailing most of my adult life. I am laid back and and harmonious teammate. Understand the trials and tribulations of cruising. I am comfortable onboard and am honest, responsible and well organized. I am into health, staying fit and eat and cook healthy foods. I cope well under pressure and am easy going, have a good sense of humor and am skilled in line handling and watches.

My favorite pastime is cooking, sailing and being outdoors. I love to walk, hike, and garden and am spontaneous and enjoy healthy, flavorful food.
