Voice messages: Please read this as we will only return calls if a relevant and brief reason for the call request has been left. We do not email to an email address left on a voice message, due to the risk of emailing the wrong recipient. We will only reply by email to messages sent via the form below.
Also, we will not return marketing calls, or calls saying 'I have a question' without mentioning the question, or questions that are answered on our Support page, or calls that only say 'please call me back'.
In addition, if you're calling from a private or hidden number we find that some callers do not appear to leave a valid or correct number to call them back on, therefore they are very unlikely to receive a callback.
And lastly, we do not provide an online computer tutorial. If you are not familiar with using a mouse or trackpad, don't know how to navigate or scroll in a browser, or what an 'edit', 'save', or a 'cancel' button does, or the differences between a mobile or a desktop device, etc. then this online network might not be suitable.
