Hi,
My name is Stéphanie, and I'm French-Canadian. I live in Italy since 2017, at the entrance of the Amalfi Coast, but been travelling all around this beautiful country since then.
I've spent the 2021 summer on a 13 meters sailboat, from Livorno to Corsica, jumping from Piombino to Elba and Sardegna: I was managing the galley, preparing meals, cleaning and organising the interior, helping with maneuver. In 2023, I worked as a Stew/Cook on charter catamarans rented on a weekly basis from Salerno along the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Ischia, Procida... I’ve spent part of the summer 2024 working as Stew and Stew/Cook on the Mediterranean and Adriatic seas.
I speak four languages, three of them fluently (my Spanish being scholastic, but never had problems of communications in Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Costa Rica and Florida... ;-). I'm well travelled, and well read. I love music: my friends appreciate my cozy music when we meet casually for a dinner as they do when they want to dance.
I'm very organised, very versatile, apart from being a very respectable cook. My diet is mostly pescatarian, but I'm not against eating meat. I respect individual choices and I don't snob a good dry salami, nor a good quality beefsteak on the grill. Although I prefer a lighter diet and alternative sources of proteins.
I’ll be available at the end of November 2024 to cross the Atlantic and to do the Winter season in the Caraibes. I keep myself open to any proposals and can fly anywhere. I am also available for the 2025 season.
