I am an Italian entrepreneur living in Peru for the past 14 years, with extensive experience in managing tourism accommodations and a deep love for nature and the sea. My passion for sailing and outdoor life, combined with my experience in tourism and technical skills, make me adaptable and always eager to learn new skills and contribute to any team I join.
I developed a passion for sailing in my 30s, primarily sailing in the Mediterranean Sea. I have experience in crossings from Sicily to Grosseto, trips along the Tuscan coast to Elba Island, and three weeks of sailing in the Greek archipelago.
I`m a nature lover, I enjoy trekking, mountaineering, and camping. I value both teamwork and quiet immersions in nature alone. My dream is to buy a sailboat and sail the Caribbean with my family, enhancing my sailing skills and living maritime adventures.

I love to learn and am always curious to pick up a bit of everything, from mechanics to cooking (I am Italian, after all! Haha), through to electrics, plumbing, and more. I learned a lot during the renovation of my house in Lima and the construction of the Lodge. I am a nature lover and in good physical shape; I trek up to 30 km a day in the mountains, guiding tourists and enjoying the beauty of our territory. I enjoy camping, adapt easily to tough conditions, and love teamwork. I also appreciate tranquility and often go on solo treks for a few days to immerse myself fully in nature.

My dream is to buy a sailboat next year and, together with my family, live for a couple of years in the Caribbean to learn to sail solo and improve my skills. I like to start from the ground up and learn from those with more experience, but at the same time, I am ready to contribute my knowledge and experience in different fields. Spending 1 or 2 months on board a boat with someone who can teach me the art of sailing would be an important step towards this dream.
