Fit, healthy ,bright and self sufficient. I have good sailing, engineering , management and interpersonal skills. This is a career change but I hope I can bring useful things to the table. 35 years as an airline skipper has equipped me with many transferrable skills; the two rolls being immensely similar. My spell as as a marine engineering cadet has given me further skills and it taught me to be self sufficient in the marine environment. I'm also a drone instructor .which might be useful.. I was also a safari leader in Kenya and I have plenty of experience keeping small groups safe and happy. The Global response to Covid has devastated the Aviation sector. So I have turned (with enthusiasm) to something else I do well and this will now be my career.
