Here are my modest sailing experiences :
In the winter of 2020-2021 I crossed the Atlantic from the Canary islands to Martinique on a Nautitec 40, crossed Malaga-Madeira-Canary islands on a 1975 50ft ketch, and did a passage Ibiza-Canary islands on a Baltic 64. In march 2020 I crossed from Cartagena in Colombia to San Blas Panamá.
Of course as a surfer, kitesurfer and dive instructor I'm very comfortable close to and in the water since I was a child.
Having managed for 7 years my own seasonal restaurant on a campsite in Switzerland with more than 20 seasonal employees, I am very excited for a change and look out for new opportunities.
The owners took over the management of my former restaurant and developed their new project, converting it into a self-service. Despite their desire to integrate me into this adventure as a managing employee, I was unable to accept it because it does not correspond to my vision.
Open from April to mid-October, I worked in the summer 7 days a week, very long working hours. I was in charge of service, kitchen, stock inventory, management, purchasing, accounting and public relations, I also developed the entertainment program (concerts, street artists, karaoke, mini-disco, etc.)
Most of my experience has been in the hospitality/tourism industry, as a restaurant manager (my own restaurant for 7 years + 2 years in different seasonal restaurants), human resources (4,5 years in total in head hunting and temporal job placements, and a winter in a ski resort) and as a receptionist (4 years in a medical center and 4-star hotel)
Communication is one of my strongest talents, I'm very outgoing, and a good people manager. I'm a hard worker, and very passionate about what I do.
