I am from Belgium, but I’ve been living in Switzerland for more then ten years.
I have always been fascinated by travel, nature, sports and culture.

A week-long sea kayaking with tents around the fjords of Musandam in Oman, sailing Cartagena to San Blas islands in Panama, crossed the Atlantic sailing to the Caribbean, backpacking twice for a year through Central America, 6 weeks through Egypt, a month-long trek in Nepal, diving Indonesia and Philippines,… Following my dreams made me a multicultural and multilingual person today.

I'm a PADI dive instructor and love freediving, kitesurf, surf, sail, and everything that's close to the water or nature. The mountains and desert magic always attracted me as well.

I’ve been living and working on Mallorca for 8 months, Fuerteventura, the Canary Islands for 6 years, ran a booming restaurant on a campsite in Switzerland for 7 years, and traveled a lot in between. I’m ready for new adventures now !

Here are my modest sailing experiences :
In the winter of 2020-2021 I crossed the Atlantic from the Canary islands to Martinique on a Nautitec 40, crossed Malaga-Madeira-Canary islands on a 1975 50ft ketch, and did a passage Ibiza-Canary islands on a Baltic 64. In march 2020 I crossed from Cartagena in Colombia to San Blas Panamá.
Of course as a surfer, kitesurfer and dive instructor I'm very comfortable close to and in the water since I was a child.

Having managed for 7 years my own seasonal restaurant on a campsite in Switzerland with more than 20 seasonal employees, I am very excited for a change and look out for new opportunities.
The owners took over the management of my former restaurant and developed their new project, converting it into a self-service. Despite their desire to integrate me into this adventure as a managing employee, I was unable to accept it because it does not correspond to my vision.
Open from April to mid-October, I worked in the summer 7 days a week, very long working hours. I was in charge of service, kitchen, stock inventory, management, purchasing, accounting and public relations, I also developed the entertainment program (concerts, street artists, karaoke, mini-disco, etc.)

Most of my experience has been in the hospitality/tourism industry, as a restaurant manager (my own restaurant for 7 years + 2 years in different seasonal restaurants), human resources (4,5 years in total in head hunting and temporal job placements, and a winter in a ski resort) and as a receptionist (4 years in a medical center and 4-star hotel)

Communication is one of my strongest talents, I'm very outgoing, and a good people manager. I'm a hard worker, and very passionate about what I do.
