I just finished 2 weeks in the Canary Islands mile building and crewing for a RYA Yachtmaster Offshore exam. I have almost 300 NM, 16 days and 9 hours night hours. I’m always looking for opportunities to help, gain experience and miles and see new parts of the world.

I’m 62 and partially retired. I have been working on building my sailing skills after 35 years of building a construction business. I want to gain some blue water experience and help and learn and support the efforts financially. I am tough and smart and know how to work and get along and fix things and lead or follow. We own a Jeanneau SO 440 and have sailed for 3 years in the Chesapeake. I have traveled a lot and lead volunteer trips to Haiti and Honduras and Guatemala and elsewhere dozens of times. Never been seasick or homesick or any of that yet.
