Looking for a boat/team with room for a pair of helping hands on deck for weekend/week sails and regattas (very keen to race, actually). Generally happy to take up any role on board! Have a German equivalent of Coastal Skipper. Moderate coastal and offshore experience (mostly Mediterranean and Baltic, a bit of Carribean, ~4kSM). Historically, though, I am mostly a cruiser and dinghy racer. Love night watches even without autopilot ;)

I gave up being a computational physicist a while ago and have been dabbling around with data engineering between Barcelona, London, Central America, and Lisbon. Whatever my hobbies apart from sailing might be (and they include climbing, mountaineering, trekking, cycling, but also dancing, cooking and just hanging out) a main ingredient to all of them for me is good company, as there are few things I enjoy more, than an engaging, open and open-minded conversation.
