Than harder it gets, than faster you become.

Some of the most hardcore people I traveled with in terms of unfriendliness or communication problems brought in me some of the strongest qualities i was unaware during my other expeditions.

You can't escape from the boat, so you learn to deal with people, whoever it is. Life aboard is different from what we have in life on the land - it may help you with establishment of new internal tools, new ways of dealing with your own problems, that you would just put away in normal life.

I would recommend sailing with new groups of people, not your friends - as this may help you grow.
