I have been sailing since my Boyscout days and have become serious the last several years. I own a 40 mono hull that is in Kemah near Galveston, as well as a catamaran in the Caribbean. I am ASA Bareboat and Catamaran certified. I will be cruising full time in the near future, but for now it is 4 to 6 weeks at a time. - Only a few more land lines to cut.- Last Fall I single- handed 'the boat 4 of the 5 weeks I was in the BVI. Most of my friends and family can't get away and/or do not have the same passion for sailing/cruising. The Great time I had would have been better if shared with others.

The boat is in charter most of the year with BareCat in Tortola, BVI- this help pay the cost. She has 4 cabins with private heads. My owners time is usually off season from the end of June to the end of August and October to the end of November. The boat is kept in excellent condition through out the year and lives a sheltered life. She is always ready for cruising and chillaxing. -- The plans this summer is to explore Pureto Rico, Culebra, Culebrita, Vieques, and stop by St Thomas, St John and maybe St Croix. Plans are simple, sail, explore, snorkel,dive,swim, kayak, Chillax. Next will be the Leeward Islands and then work on down to the ABC's
The main duties is to enjoy sailing/cruising with - low to no maintenance- no drama- share all duties - cover personal expenses - get along - be a do-er and pitch in when needed. Learn / share experiences. Romance is not part of any duty and is not expected.
